Introducing the F Perfection Podcast
Oct 06, 2026
Something new to listen to
We started a podcast. It's called the F Perfection Podcast, and the first five episodes are ready for you now.
Over the years, so many of the people we work with have told us the same thing. The hardest moments don't always happen in the doctor's office. They happen at 2 a.m., in the grocery store aisle, or in the quiet after a hard conversation. We wanted to be with you in more of those moments, in a way that fits into your day.
Why "F Perfection"
When you or someone you love is facing a diagnosis, it's easy to feel like you have to get everything right. The right diet. The right decisions. The right attitude, every single day.
We've seen how much weight that pressure adds, and how often it gets in the way of healing. So we named the show after something we believe deeply: you don't need to be perfect. You need clear information, real support, and permission to take the next small step.
That's what this podcast is for.
What you'll hear
Each episode is hosted by the two of us, Dr. Matthew Lederman and Dr. Alona Pulde. You may know us from the film Forks Over Knives. Today we serve as the Connection Docs, bringing together evidence based medicine, nutrition, and nervous system support.
The episodes are practical and gentle. Some are short enough to listen to while the kettle boils. Others are longer conversations with guests who bring their own experience to the table. All of them are meant to help you feel a little more grounded and a little less alone.
